Aromatherapy & Essential Oils
Enhance health, wellness, relaxation and even cleanse your environment with essential plant oils and aromatherapy.
What is Aromatherapy?
Armoatherapy is the use of essential oils for physical and emotional health and well-being.
The practice of aromatherapy dates back thousands of years, and is used all over the globe, with evidence that plant oils are used for healing purposes in all different cultures.
Why? Because it works! Channeling some of nature’s best remedies directly into your body, the practice of aromatherapy is an easy, effective complement to your health practices.
Essential oils are concentrated liquids extracted from plants. Particularly, the oil glands of flower petals, buds, leaves, stems, bark, roots, and peels.
A single drop of essential oil carries the concentrated life support system of a plant – a system which protects the plant from infection by parasites, fungi, bacteria and insects, and regulates its well-being. People can benefit from plant extracts in the same way.
Oils are the essence of plants that provide people with the same incredible health benefits that they do to sustain the life of the plant.

Safety for Essential Oils
Essential oils are concentrated—most often diluted before use.
A typical dilution is 1% to 5% which signifies how many drops of essential oil are added to the carrier oil.
Before using an essential oil you should become familiar with all of the precautions associated with it and general safety information. Undiluted essential oils can cause skin irritation and severe consequences if ingested in large quantities. Keep oils tightly closed and out of reach of children.
