A comprehensive mind-body-spirit health assessment and guidance for improving your well-being, naturally.
You will fill out a questionnaire form via email or mail, answering questions about your habits in the areas of nourishment, activity, cleansing and rest.
The answers will be assessed personally by owner Mary Mitus, and results will be returned to you.
Also included is a 20-minute telephone coaching session for follow up and to plan further actions you can take based on your assessment.
