Peaceful Sleep Aromatherapy is a relaxing blend for mind and body that calms and quiets after a stress-filled day. The sedative oils ease nervous tension and assist with feelings of anxiety, panic or fear.
Hand-crafted with essential oils of lavandin (lavendula x intermedia), marjoram (origanum majorana), and clary sage (salvia sclerea).
Bath Salts: Mediterranean sea salt and essential oils. Mediterranean sea salt provides incredible therapeutic benefits, while naturally detoxifying the body of its impurities. Soaking in this salt helps balance moisture in the skin and body, cleans pores, soothes skin and relaxes muscles. Adding a little sea salt to the bath can stimulate circulation, ease muscle cramps, help relieve stiffness in joints, aid with arthritis or back pain, and soothe achy, overworked legs and feet. Plus sea salt helps cleanse and detoxify the largest organ in the body—your skin.
To Use: Add 1/4 to 1/2 cup to a warm bath and enjoy.
Bath Drops: 100% essential oils.
To Use: Add up to 10 drops in a warm bath and enjoy.
Room/Linen Spray: Essential oils in spring water.
To Use: Shake well. Spray into air or onto pillow or other linen.
Roll On: Essential oils in fractionated coconut oil (cocos nucifera). A simple and very effective method to experience the relaxing and healing benefits of this combination.
To Use: Apply to pulse points, temples, back of neck, shoulders, palms of hands or soles of feet.
